On the afternoon of March 10, 2022, the company's general manager, Mr. Zhang, led the heads of various departments to Jianfeng Training City to participate in a 3-day supervisor policy management training course.

Arriving at the school, it is essential to prepare for the pre-school and select the team leader. Without rules, there is no order. All of us in Yongjia are good. In the selection, we actively recommend ourselves to be good assistants to the teachers, showing the spirit of Yongjia people's courage to fight and dedication.

On March 11, the first day of class, everyone was in high spirits. They listened carefully to the teacher's explanation based on the actual situation of each department and took relevant notes.

After class, everyone discussed in groups and did the homework assigned by the teacher. Seeing the friends sitting together, everyone had a serious and intense discussion, which reflected the spirit of solidarity, cooperation and never giving up of Yongjia people.

After class, everyone gathered in groups of three or five during the break, either discussing with each other based on the teacher’s explanation or taking photos in a corner of the school, hoping that what they had learned would take root in the company. At the end of the three-day training course, Mr. Zhang and the school jointly awarded certificates of honor to the outstanding beauties.
