After the reading, Mr. Zhang gave important instructions and summary. All the achievements Yongjia has made from scratch to now are achieved by following the above-mentioned core corporate culture. Some of them we have done, so we have achieved results; but there are still most of the contents we have not done, which is our next goal of the company. I hope all Jia people will move towards this goal.

In order to lead the thinking and gather strength, a "Corporate Culture Lecture" will be held in the multi-function hall on the first floor at 9:00 am on April 30, 2022. The participants are all the company's supervisors and all technical personnel.

The so-called Yongjia people need to have a common belief with the company, have confidence in the future of the company, share the same values (vision, sense of mission) with the company, be in line with the company culture, and have their personal goals and corporate development goals completely consistent.

The company is also constantly improving our working environment. The central air-conditioning in the factory workshop ensures that it is warm in winter and cool in summer. New dormitories have been arranged for occupancy, and the investment in the entertainment room in the living area is to seek benefits for employees. The company is sincere to its employees. As employees, have we done our best to the company and our work?

Before the meeting, General Secretary Ma Xin led the reading of the company's core corporate culture, from corporate vision, mission, values, concepts and ideas, etc. These contents are the summary of Yongjia's more than 20 years of operating experience and our pursuit of the future.

After the announcement, Mr. Zhang gave important instructions and summary. All the achievements Yongjia has made from scratch to now are achieved by following the above core corporate culture. We have achieved some of them, so we have achieved results; but there are still most of them that we have not achieved, which is our next goal for the company. I hope all Jia people will move towards this goal.

Mr. Zhang emphasized in the meeting: "My guiding ideology - my original intention to serve employees remains unchanged, my original intention to meet customer needs remains unchanged, and my original intention to assume social responsibility remains unchanged." No matter how great the difficulties and setbacks are, these three original intentions of mine will never change.

Mr. Zhang pointed out in the meeting that the greatest pursuit of our company is that employees and the company grow together, develop together, and achieve common goals and aspirations. This is very important. Yongjia has gone through ups and downs for more than 20 years, and the most important thing has always been "employees and companies share a common destiny", that is, to establish a sense of ownership of the company and become a true Yongjia person.

We, Yongjia people, must have team spirit in our work, which is very important in team work, and the spirit of unity and hard work must never be absent. Secondly, the importance and role of publicity to the enterprise, pointing out that to do a good job in publicity, we must first update our concepts and attach great importance to publicity, and secondly, we must strengthen team building, ensure the training of talents, and improve technology.

After the meeting, General Manager Zhang reiterated four words of advice to every Yongjia employee:

1. Join Yongjia and hope to become a partner. It is not necessary to work for me;

2. I hope your joining will be the icing on the cake;

3. I hope that you will remain true to your original intention from joining to leaving;

4. When you leave, I hope you will tell me the bad things about the company and publicize the good things to the outside world.

At the same time, we will also increase the intensity of training in the later stage, establish correct values, promote the core culture of the enterprise, establish correct "values", "world view" and "life view", so that each employee can establish the sense of ownership of the enterprise, strengthen the cohesion and centripetal force of employees, and be consistent with the company culture and the development goals of the enterprise, and jointly open up a new world for Yongjia.
