Mr. Zhang, the company's general manager, firmly believes that "learning makes people progress". Not only does he continue to learn and improve himself, but he also organizes the company's management cadres to go to Jianfeng School for a three-day "Role Cognition" course training.

At 16:00 on the afternoon of October 27, 2022, under the leadership of the company's executive vice president, Vice President Huang, a long line of drivers and 50 management cadres of our company went straight to our training base-Jianfeng School.

It was getting late the next day when we arrived at school. We received the school uniforms according to the procedures. We were surprised when we saw the uniforms for the first time. Our uniforms were completely different from the previous ones. They were changed into military uniforms. Could it be that our training this time was not just theoretical management learning, but also military-style management training?

Our first class that night shared a famous saying: "Discipline is the foundation of professionalism." Through the military-style training process, we have re-recognized the importance of discipline. Just like what we sing in the song, "The People's Army has iron discipline, and obeying orders is our duty." Whether in the army or in the company, the first focus is discipline.

Military training not only cultivates people's spirit of hard work and perseverance, but also can hone people's strong will. Military training is bitter, happy and sweet. Through military training, we can change our previous laziness, devote ourselves to the intense and orderly training, and feel the joy of surpassing ourselves.

Military training allows us to see the demeanor of soldiers and experience their temperament. Military training not only cultivates our strong character, but also strengthens my courage to constantly surpass myself. It makes me understand the importance of responsibility and strengthens our team consciousness. I believe that in the future work, life, and study, no matter in terms of attitude towards life, will, or thinking, we will benefit a lot. Military training is a double test of our physical and mental fitness.

As corporate teams become more humane and division of labor becomes more refined, companies are increasingly showing the obvious characteristics of strengthening internal management and providing high-quality services to society to develop themselves. Only a collaborative team can keep pace with the times, be innovative, and create high performance for the company.

Just like what our teacher taught us about "attitude" and "execution", no matter what we do, we must first have a good attitude, then effectively execute the tasks assigned by our superiors, and do things well and correctly.

We often say "there must be a teacher among three people". We are in a group and need to communicate, learn, and cooperate with each other to move towards the same goal together. The success of one person is not considered a success, but the success of a team is the real success. After all, the ability of one person is limited, and the power of a team is infinite.

During the three days we were at school, the instructors arranged team activities for us to train our teamwork ability. From "flipping cards", "making team flags", "moving building blocks" to "transporting ping-pong balls", everyone can realize the importance of the group. As long as our team does not plan ahead and implement effectively when completing the goal, our results will be different. Only with a plan, direction, and goal to move towards the same goal can we effectively complete the task.

Through these three days of learning, we have a new understanding of ourselves, not looking at the past but the present. I would like to thank the company for providing us with such a learning platform, and once again thank this group of partners who study together, so that we can learn and progress together, just like the slogan of Jianfeng School "Eagles fly in the sky, I fight for the future", towards the same goal, work together to create a collaborative Yongjia team.
