Unconsciously, it is the end of the year again. This year is another extraordinary year with disasters. With the third year of the COVID-19 pandemic, outbreaks have occurred from time to time across the country, which has kept us in a state of anxiety.

On November 22, 2022, the Changhe area where our factory is located was under regional control. As the end of the year approached, in order not to affect production and meet customer order needs, General Manager Zhang and Executive Vice President Huang of the company attached great importance to this and asked the production department to arrange production and do a good job in closed-loop production. The administrative department has done a good job in comprehensive logistics, and asked the canteens on both sides of the company to prepare materials to ensure that all the ladies have food to eat; at the same time, temporary dormitories are arranged for the ladies living outside to solve the housing problem; in addition, the company's "affordable supermarket" also reserves a large number of daily necessities, snacks and beverages to relieve everyone's worries.

During the closed-loop production, we also do not forget about epidemic prevention, and conduct nucleic acid sampling every day. Since our company had no sampling materials in the first two days, we went to the sampling points in the industrial park for sampling. Starting from the 24th, our Finance Department Director Zhang and our Yan Guixiang, one person scanned the code and one person took the sample, and conducted nucleic acid tests for all the ladies in the company's Thanksgiving Hall at 6:30 morning every day. Thank you for their hard work and cooperation, which enabled our epidemic prevention work to proceed smoothly.

During the closed-loop production period, considering that the ladies could not go out to buy their favorite food, we coordinated with the canteens on both sides to provide extra meals for the hard-working ladies. From the 24th to the 26th, the staff of various units of the administrative department divided into groups to distribute milk, fruits, snacks and other items to the ladies in the canteens on both sides.

During the epidemic prevention period, the company is under great pressure, but it still has to think and consider for us everywhere and continue to provide us with benefits. During this epidemic period, I feel the deep love of Mr. Zhang and Vice President Huang of the company for all of us. As a Yongjia person, I feel honored and am willing to do my part to make progress with Yongjia.

As the end of the year approaches, we are getting closer and closer to our goal. Although affected by the epidemic, our morale cannot be low. I hope that all the ladies will continue to work hard together. As the saying goes, "many hands make light work." Let's work together to complete the orders in hand with quality and quantity, and put a successful end to the final sprint.
