Graduation is the time to look back at the three years of college. For the juniors who are about to enter the society, graduation internship becomes the last practical course in their college life. Compared with two years of theoretical learning, they are eager to verify their practical application ability and mastery of the knowledge they have learned through personal practice.

On September 4, our company welcomed the students of the order class of Jiangxi Environmental Engineering Vocational College, with which we have long cooperated, which marked their first step into social practice. In order to help the new students better understand our company's working environment, corporate culture and relevant rules and regulations, we first led them to visit various workshops and gain an in-depth understanding of our products, laying the foundation for a smooth integration into the internship work.

Next, we introduced the living and dining environment of the students. We know that the dormitory is the second home for students and a place for them to relax and rest. Only when they are in a good mood can they work with peace of mind. Therefore, the Human Resources Department conducted training for the new students, including the company's rules and regulations, dormitory management regulations and other precautions, hoping that they can integrate into our big family more quickly.

After entering the internship position, we arranged a master-apprentice training for the interns to improve their skills needed for future work. At work, the interns strictly required themselves to abide by the company's rules and regulations, go to get off work on time, and perform their tasks conscientiously. We learn with an open mind, continuously improve our personal work skills, strive to strengthen practical experience, and strive to make greater contributions in the internship unit.
