Description of duties:

1. Review quality risks: Control quality risks in the process of project development and participate in the review of each stage of development;

2. Measurement and evaluation: Product measurement feasibility assessment, selection of measurement tools, and docking with the development department to make measurement fixtures;

3. Test evaluation: Evaluate type test capabilities according to the development test outline and formulate a mass production test plan;

4. Follow up new products and track abnormal problem improvements: follow up on new product trial production, problem summary and abnormal improvement tracking;

5. Assess new product risks: Analyze and evaluate the feasibility of new product quality risk control, design, process, and molds;

6. Product quality abnormality handling and department coordination: handling of quality abnormalities in the new product stage and cross-departmental quality coordination;

7. Review whether the product can be mass-produced: review whether the new product can be transferred to mass production;

8. Review various materials, lead the control plan, and formulate inspection standards: prepare inspection standards and instructions, and review various materials before mass production;

9. Responsible for the archiving and uploading of quality verification documents: Responsible for the collection, compilation, archiving and uploading of quality verification documents at various stages of the new product development process.
